TOS & Important Information

GENERAL
Please read these TOS throughout and fully before considering to commission me. It's in both Your and the Artists interest that we're on even terms and no point of these TOS is misunderstood. If you've got any questions regarding anything, feel free to DM me anytime though!PAYMENTS
Full Payment has to be made within 7 days after the Sketch has been approved by the Client. Only Exception is for VTube Model Art and/or Rigging, in these cases the Payment will be upfront.REVISIONS
The Client is able to request unlimited Revisions during the sketching phase and up to 3 minor Revisions afterwards to guarantee the Commission will be exactly what the Client wants. Any further or major changes may be charged with an extra fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Usually there aren't any specific Deadlines, please understand that your Commission can take 1-3 Weeks depending on the Type of Request.
VTube Models and/or Rigging Commissions will take a lot longer, depending on the amount of Details and Specifics. Normally it'd take up to 4-8 Weeks.
The Commission will then be delivered through E-Mail. The Client may receive the original file size when purchased with Commercial Use.

The Client may use their Commission on SNS but only with proper Credit given. Meaning, the Commission can be used for weekly Schedules, Profile Pictures, Banners, Thumbnails, Desktop Wallpaper. It is prohibited to edit the Commission. The Client isn't allowed to use the Commission as a Merch Design or gain any further profit off of it without previously purchasing Commercial Rights for it.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Artist has full Rights to the Commission, even after finishing the Request and can use it in a Portfolio or to use it for Promotion.REFUNDS
If, during the Sketching Phase, the Client decides to want a Refund and not continue their Request, they'll be getting a full Refund. However, afterwards there won't be any Refunds offered anymore. Only if the Artist can't finish the Commission for any Reason, there'll be a full Refund at any Stage.COMMUNICATION
Communication will be through Twitter, Discord or E-Mail DM's only.
Please do not talk about Commission Status or Ideas in public Spaces such as Livestreams or Twitter Comments, except your Request is currently worked on while streamed.
